Nedap Healthcare develops Nedap Ons, a software suite for care organisations. The package supports the whole care process, from intake and admission to registration and billing, on location or on the move. It targets long-term and home care, disability care, mental health care and home help in the Netherlands. The suite covers client records including medication and wound care, care logistics such as agenda, scheduling and capacity management, administration with invoicing and a financial dashboard, and a mobile app with messaging. Nedap also supports network care with standardised data exchange between care providers.
Nedap Healthcare is part of Nedap N.V., whose principal place of business is Groenlo and which is listed on Euronext. The sources consulted name no foreign parent company. The suite is not open source. The Nedap Ons website does not state the hosting location. A Dutch or other European care organisation should therefore ask the vendor for the current location of data storage and for the data processing agreement.
