NoviSign is a cloud-based digital signage platform. Users build screen content from templates, widgets or an AI generator and schedule it in playlists, for example slideshows, calendars, weather, videos and menu boards. It is software-as-a-service managed from a web browser; customers supply their own hardware, such as Android, Chrome, Windows, Samsung Tizen or LG webOS players. Content is cached for offline playback, and the platform offers proof-of-play reports, screen monitoring and integrations through APIs.
NoviSign is headquartered in Kfar Saba, Israel, outside the EU. The vendor states that the platform is hosted on Amazon S3; the pages consulted name no hosting region, so organisations with EU data-residency requirements should ask where their data is stored. The software is not open source. For a European organisation, NoviSign is a cloud service from a non-European vendor running on a US provider's infrastructure, so contract terms on data location and subprocessors deserve attention.
