PiemontePay is a platform for managing the collection and payment of taxes and services for which an Italian public body is the creditor, with support for automated accounting reconciliation under the pagoPA specifications. Citizens and businesses use a payment counter to pay, check the outcome and download a receipt. Public-sector staff use a creditor portal to upload debt positions, generate payment notices and process settlement flows. The platform has two main parts, EPAY and MDPNEW, and connects to the national pagoPA payment node. It is installed as server software on your own platform.

The copyright (2024) is held by Regione Piemonte, an Italian public authority. The licence is EUPL-1.2. The README lists JBoss EAP, PostgreSQL and WSO2, among others, as parts of the environment. Whoever runs the software themselves keeps payment data on their own infrastructure; the design is, however, closely tied to the Italian pagoPA system. The project is listed in the Italian Developers Italia catalogue.
