Qiata is a SECUDOS solution for secure, traceable exchange of files and folders with partners and customers. Files are sent as an email attachment or as a link to an online portal, where the recipient unlocks them with a PIN. Senders can set download limits and passwords, emails can carry the organisation's corporate design, and there are a personal storage area, an audit log and an approval process. You use Qiata through a web interface, a desktop client or Outlook. Qiata Business runs on-premises as a virtual or hardware appliance; Qiata S is managed through an IT partner. The product page does not mention a SaaS offering.
