RODA (Repository of Authentic Digital Records) is a repository for long-term digital preservation. The software covers the main functional units of the OAIS reference model: ingesting, managing and providing access to digital content. It uses preservation metadata (PREMIS) and standards such as EAD and METS, monitors stored content for preservation risks and runs preservation actions such as format conversion and integrity checks. A documented REST API is available. Archives, libraries and other organisations that must keep digital records for the long term install RODA on their own servers.

RODA is maintained by KEEP SOLUTIONS, Lda, a company in Portugal. The source code is on GitHub under the LGPL-3.0 licence. Besides the free Community edition, KEEP SOLUTIONS offers Enterprise editions that include installation, maintenance and support; the project site describes no hosted service. Because you can run RODA yourself, archive data stays on your own infrastructure.
