It is aimed at enterprises and public bodies and is delivered as a SaaS platform.

Rubrik is headquartered in Palo Alto, California (United States) and has been listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: RBRK) since April 2024. In July 2026 Rubrik announced that Rubrik Security Cloud is available on the AWS European Sovereign Cloud, where, according to the vendor, all customer data remains within the EU.
