SIAVAL SafeCert Manager is server-side electronic signature software developed by the Spanish company SIA. It gives the signer exclusive control over their own signing keys and produces both advanced (AdES) and qualified (QES) electronic signatures. An organisation can use it to centralise document signing for its users; the product also supports certificate lifecycle management and the link between users and their keys. It is designed to be installed in a secure operational environment as a trusted server signing system. Version 3 appears in the Common Criteria certificate register of the Spanish scheme.
SIA is based in Alcorcón near Madrid and presents itself as part of Indra, also a Spanish group, so there is no non-European parent company. Because this is software that the customer installs, the organisation decides where keys and documents are processed; the product is not described as a cloud service run by the vendor. That matters for European organisations that want to run qualified signing under eIDAS themselves. Confirm with the vendor which deployment options are available.
