Sirion is an AI-native contract lifecycle management platform used by large enterprises and in-house legal teams. It supports drafting, negotiation, execution and monitoring of contracts, and positions itself as a system of record for contractual data and performance. Its agentOS provides pre-built AI agents, such as a Search Agent and a Draft Agent, and the vendor combines its own small language models with large language models. Sirion is delivered as a cloud-based platform.
Sirion was founded in 2012 and is described as headquartered in Lehi, Utah, in the United States, with offices in several countries, including the UK, France and Germany. In early 2026 Haveli Investments, a US technology investment firm based in Austin, took a majority stake, so the ultimate owner is American. Sirion has earlier raised funding from investors including Partners Group. The software is proprietary. Hosting providers and regions depend on the engagement, so a European organisation should confirm them in the contract, ask for the current sub-processor list and consider US jurisdiction over both the vendor and its majority owner.
