Spryker is a composable, headless commerce platform for mid-sized and large B2B companies, including automotive, industrial manufacturing, life sciences and wholesale. It offers B2B commerce, a self-service portal, a multi-vendor marketplace and AI features. Building blocks such as pricing, cart and order management connect to other systems and storefronts through APIs, including the Glue API. Spryker delivers the platform as a managed PaaS in the cloud, built on AWS.
Spryker Systems GmbH is registered in the commercial register of Hamburg and has offices in Berlin and Hamburg. The Spryker Core source code is publicly browsable on GitHub, but under a 45-day evaluation licence that does not permit productive use. It is therefore source-visible code rather than open source in the usual sense, and a commercial licence is needed to use it. The cloud service runs on AWS, a US provider. Which AWS region is used for your environment is something to settle in the contract; for European data, specify an EU region and have it written down.
