Trustwise offers an 'AI runtime control plane' that intercepts each AI agent action before it runs and then authorises it, blocks it or routes it for human review. Policy is enforced in real time based on authority, scope, risk and compliance, and audit evidence is recorded for each decision. Controls are mapped to standards such as the NIST AI RMF, OWASP, ISO/IEC 42001, HIPAA and the EU AI Act. According to the vendor, it works across models, clouds and agent frameworks, with API, CLI, dashboard and reporting interfaces, and is delivered as trust-as-code through APIs, SDKs, MCPs and guardian agents.
According to press releases, Trustwise is based in Austin, Texas. It is a commercial, closed-source product. Its website lists AWS, Azure, GCP, HPE, on-premise and edge as supported environments, but does not describe hosting regions or data residency. For a European organisation with a US vendor, the CLOUD Act is a factor; ask whether deployment in your own environment or a European region is possible.
