Unit4 FP&A, formerly known as Prevero, is a corporate performance management and analytics platform for planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, analysis and financial consolidation. It is aimed at finance and controlling teams and can be combined with Unit4's ERP and financial management applications. Unit4 acquired the German company Prevero in 2016 and renamed the product. According to a product directory, it is delivered mainly as software as a service in shared or dedicated deployments, hosted on Microsoft Azure with Unit4 managing the infrastructure, while on-premises versions are being phased out.

Unit4 is a Dutch business software company. In 2021 the private equity firm TA Associates agreed a buyout of Unit4 from Advent International, with Partners Group investing alongside. The sources consulted do not state which Azure region hosts customer data or where the owning funds are domiciled, so European organisations should ask for the hosting region and the contractual jurisdiction before committing. The product is proprietary software, not open source.
