According to the privacy policy, Viaplay Group US Inc in Delaware, USA, is a data controller jointly with Viaplay Group Sweden AB. The policy states that data is stored on servers within the EU/EEA, but that suppliers in other countries, including Ukraine, can access it under controlled conditions and that processing also takes place in the US. For a European organisation, that US entity in the data processing is the relevant point.
