WorkBoard describes itself as an AI-native platform for strategy execution, covering OKRs, strategic portfolio management and talent management. It supports goal setting, progress tracking and reporting, and offers AI agents for portfolio analysis, leadership coaching and chief-of-staff tasks. In 2025 WorkBoard acquired Quantive, formerly Gtmhub, and Quantive customers are moving to the WorkBoard platform. The service is delivered as a cloud service through a web application.
According to its press release, WorkBoard Inc. is headquartered in Redwood City, California, with offices in the United States, Europe and India. Its investors include SoftBank, Andreessen Horowitz and Microsoft's M12 fund, and no majority owner is stated. As a US company, WorkBoard is subject to US law, including the CLOUD Act, wherever data is stored. Its security page says the service runs on Microsoft Azure in several regions for US and global customers, without naming an EU region. A data processing agreement is available. The software is proprietary.
