YMAG is a French company (SAS) in Dijon, France, and states that it joined the French software group Septeo in 2024. According to Septeo, Hg, an investment firm in the United Kingdom, remains the majority investor of that group. The vendor says its SaaS offer, YmagOnline, is hosted in France by its partner Orange Business Services in French data centres and is GDPR-compliant. Managed hosting and operation of the software is also offered, giving European training providers a choice between SaaS and managed operation.
