Alinia AI provides guardrails and supervision for AI applications in regulated sectors. The company trains so-called policy judges on internal and external policies. They review AI outputs in real time, block non-compliant responses, flag risks for human review and generate evidence for audits. Alinia also offers adversarial testing. According to its site it is independent of the customer's provider and platform, and Alinia engineers work inside the customer's environment. It is positioned as an alternative to the built-in safety filters of large cloud providers, such as Azure AI Content Safety or Amazon Bedrock Guardrails.
Its legal notice and privacy policy show that the contracting party is Alinia AI, Inc., a US company with an office in New York and its data controller address in Delaware. A Spanish subsidiary, Alinia AI Europe SL, receives data for internal processing. Where customer data is hosted has not been published. The privacy policy refers to the GDPR and names hosting providers both inside and outside the EEA. For European organisations the company is therefore subject to US jurisdiction.
