Anaqua, Inc. is headquartered in Boston (US). Nordic Capital, a Stockholm-based private equity firm, acquired a controlling interest from Astorg in 2025; the exact stake was not disclosed. The privacy policy states that Anaqua complies with the GDPR, that the customer is the data controller and Anaqua the processor, and cites standard contractual clauses for transfers from the EU.
