According to its privacy policy, the vendor is subject exclusively to French and European personal-data rules, and data is kept on its own servers and those of hosting partners located in the European Union; transfers outside the EU are possible only under the conditions the policy describes. The hosting partners are not named. The legal notice says the marketing website itself is hosted by HubSpot in the United States, separately from the application.
