Blue10 is cloud software that automates purchase invoice processing for accountants, bookkeeping firms and companies. Invoice Management receives invoices as PDF, UBL or via a Peppol access point, or on paper through a mobile app, recognises the key data with machine learning and proposes a booking. Invoices then go through a digital approval flow with separation of duties and into a digital archive. Contract Management covers the contracts behind them. According to the vendor's security whitepaper, the service runs on Microsoft Azure in the West Europe region (Amsterdam), with encryption at rest and key management by Microsoft. The data therefore sits in the EU, but on the infrastructure of a US provider, which matters for CLOUD Act exposure. A standard data processing agreement is published.
