Breezing is a crypto accounting subledger for accountants and finance teams. Users import wallets and exchange accounts, verify balances against the blockchain, map transactions to a chart of accounts with rules and post journal entries to Xero, QuickBooks or Bexio. It also detects spam transactions, calculates gains and losses by FIFO, LIFO, HIFO or weighted average cost, and lets clients sign off flagged items. An API is documented. Breezing is a cloud service; wallet connections are read-only, so the vendor cannot move funds.
Breezing is made by Breezing SA, headquartered in Bussigny, Switzerland. The site names no foreign parent company. According to its privacy policy, the servers are in a data centre in Switzerland, and it applies Swiss data protection law and, for EU customers, the GDPR. Switzerland is an EFTA country with an EU adequacy decision. No self-hosted option is described. Ask the vendor which infrastructure providers and sub-processors it uses.
