Cloudflare Pages is a platform for deploying websites and full-stack applications to Cloudflare's global network. Teams connect a Git provider such as GitHub or GitLab, upload assets with Direct Upload or use a command-line tool, and get automatic deployments, preview URLs for branches and pull requests, rollbacks and Pages Functions for server-side code. Cloudflare's documentation advises starting new projects with Cloudflare Workers and describes a migration path from Pages to Workers.
Cloudflare, Inc. is headquartered in the United States and Pages is delivered as a hosted service, so US law such as the CLOUD Act can apply. The Pages documentation does not state where data is stored or processed. Cloudflare's GDPR pages describe a standard data processing addendum with EU Standard Contractual Clauses. With the Data Localization Suite, customers can narrow processing, including Regional Services and a Metadata Boundary that keeps customer-identifying logs in the EU. By default, metadata for core services is processed in US and European data centres. Whether these options apply to a given Pages plan should be confirmed with Cloudflare.
