ConAktiv is business software for organisations that work in projects, such as agencies, consultancies and IT service providers. One application combines contact and sales management, project and resource planning, time recording, accounting with invoices and dunning, leave and working-time accounts, document management, a ticket system and contracts. Interfaces cover DATEV, Exchange, Office 365 and e-invoice formats such as ZUGFeRD and XRechnung. The software can be bought or licensed as a subscription, with mobile access through a web browser and an optional desktop app for Windows and macOS.

ConAktiv is developed by Connectivity GmbH in Mannheim, Germany, and has been sold since 1995. The imprint names no parent company. The vendor documents the technical requirements for installing and operating ConAktiv yourself, so you can run it on your own infrastructure. It states no hosting location for a vendor-run service; ask the vendor where data would be stored if you want one.
