Construct ERP is an industry-specific ERP system from Softbauware, a company in Langen that is registered as enventa construct solutions GmbH. It is intended for the construction supply industry: concrete products, precast concrete elements, prefabricated garages, bulk materials, brick, prefabricated houses and timber construction. The system includes CRM, document management that the vendor calls GoBD-compliant, BI, production planning, machine connections, tour planning, configurators for products, garages and shafts, project management, personnel administration and a mobile warehouse app.
Softbauware has been part of the enventa Group, based in Karlsruhe, since March 2025. The pages reviewed do not describe the ownership above that group, so any foreign owner is unverified. They also do not say whether Construct ERP runs on-premises or as a cloud service, or where data is stored. Ask about this, and about the data processing agreement, before you decide.
