Conta Azul is a Brazilian cloud-based business management system (ERP) for small and medium-sized companies and their accountants. It combines financial management and bank reconciliation with electronic invoicing under Brazilian tax rules (NF-e, NFS-e, NFC-e), automatic payment reminders by SMS, WhatsApp or email, sales and customer management, purchasing, inventory control and reports. A mobile app is available and data can be shared with the accountant. It is delivered as software as a service.
The company behind Conta Azul is Contaazul Software LTDA in Joinville, Brazil. The Norwegian business software company Visma announced its acquisition in 2025. The website shows AWS badges but names no hosting region for customer data, so ask the vendor. The product follows Brazilian tax rules, which makes it mainly relevant for European organisations with a Brazilian branch. It is proprietary software and no self-hosted option is described.
