Delinea is a provider of privileged access management (PAM) and identity security. Its Delinea Platform protects human, machine and AI identities, and its products include Secret Server for vaulting privileged credentials and managing sessions and Privilege Manager. Delinea was formed in 2021 by the merger of Thycotic and Centrify. It is sold to organisations as a subscription cloud platform.

Delinea is a US company; its own launch announcement gave Redwood City, California, as its location, and it was backed by TPG Capital at that point, so a US parent applies, relevant to the CLOUD Act. The Delinea Platform is hosted in Microsoft Azure, and the customer's geography is chosen when the tenant is provisioned. Available geographies include Europe, with West Europe (Netherlands) and North Europe (Ireland), as well as the UK, the US and others. A European organisation can therefore keep tenant data in the EU, but the contract and the US parent remain points to assess.
