According to the vendor, each worker has its own personality, skills and memory, and carries out tasks end to end. Workers connect to business tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Gmail, Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce and Jira, and the vendor says users keep control over each worker's permissions. Delos is a French company. According to French trade press, the platform is hosted with Scaleway, a French cloud provider, which provides encryption and data isolation. The vendor states that data is encrypted end to end and is never used to train models, and that it complies with the GDPR and holds SOC 2 certification. The language models used and any other subprocessors are not described on the product pages, so confirm them, and the exact hosting location, in the contract.
