Jamie is an AI meeting assistant that turns online and in-person conversations into notes, summaries and searchable knowledge. It runs as an app for Mac, Windows and iPhone and captures audio on the device, so no bot joins the meeting. Jamie works alongside Zoom, Teams, Google Meet and other platforms. The product offers custom note templates, chat across past meetings, pre-meeting briefings and workflows that send follow-ups to CRM and other systems through integrations, webhooks, an API and MCP.
Jamie is operated by wespond UG (haftungsbeschränkt), a German company in Rösrath near Cologne. According to the vendor, storage and processing stay within the EEA, Switzerland and the UK, and audio is deleted after transcription. A blog post from January 2026 states that transcripts are stored in Frankfurt, that audio is transcribed on a serverless GPU service from Replicate, and that notes are generated through the OpenAI API without data being stored at OpenAI. It does not say where those two providers process the data. Ask for the data processing agreement and the current list of sub-processors.
