Parloa is a platform for AI agents in the customer service of large organisations. It covers the full lifecycle of an agent: building, testing, orchestrating language models and deploying across channels such as voice and chat. Contact centres use it to automate part of their conversations with customers. Parloa is delivered as a cloud service, with integrations into existing customer service systems.
Parloa GmbH is headquartered in Berlin and presents itself as born in the EU. No parent company outside the EU has been identified. Its trust centre lists Google, Twilio, Datadog, MongoDB and Microsoft among its sub-processors and gives a major cloud provider as the hosting model, without naming regions. Which data locations a customer can choose therefore has to be settled contractually. Parloa lists certifications such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II. For European organisations, the combination of a German vendor with US-based underlying cloud services is the point to examine.
