DigitalMembers is association software for Swiss clubs and federations. The platform combines member management with a self-service portal, double-entry accounting, invoices with a QR payment slip and reminders, expenses, payroll, online payments, events and courses, newsletters and other communication, and document management. According to the vendor it offers open REST APIs and all data can be exported. The service runs as software as a service in the browser.
DigitalMembers is built and operated by Truecode Engineering GmbH in Villigen, Switzerland; no parent company is stated. The vendor says the service runs on a Kubernetes cluster in Hetzner data centres in Germany, that data is stored encrypted, and that backups are held by a second, independent cloud provider. According to its FAQ it does not offer dedicated hosting in Switzerland. Switzerland is not an EU member state but is an EFTA country with an EU adequacy decision for data protection; the hosting itself is in Germany. The vendor describes its service as compliant with the GDPR and the revised Swiss data protection act.
