Easy is accounting and administration software for Italian public bodies, universities, conservatoires and other public or private organisations. In one integrated system it handles the budget, financial, economic-patrimonial and analytical accounting, electronic invoicing, tax and transparency obligations, PagoPA payments, warehouse management and the register of fixed assets, with modules for projects, performance budgeting and e-commerce. It is a Windows program that works with a central database and updates itself after installation; web modules are also available.
The UNI.CO. Easy edition is published on GitHub under the GPL-3.0-or-later licence, and the Università degli Studi di Catania holds the copyright. Tempo S.r.l. of Bari, Italy, develops and supports Easy, offers training courses and describes the product as open source. Because the organisation prepares the database itself and manages the data, accounting data stays on its own servers. No hosted service was found in the sources consulted.
