Exivity Hypermeter is a FinOps platform for organisations that want to understand their cloud and AI spending. It allocates costs to teams, products or customers at the rates actually paid, splits shared platforms by measured usage and links spend to unit economics such as cost per customer or per outcome. It also flags unusual spend against ranges computed from an organisation's own history, produces forecasts and budgets per team, and ranks savings opportunities such as idle resources and rightsizing candidates. Hypermeter is delivered as multi-tenant SaaS and uses only read-only credentials on your infrastructure.
Exivity B.V. is headquartered in Amsterdam. According to the vendor, it is an independent European company with no investors outside the EU, and Hypermeter runs entirely within the EU. No non-European parent company is known, so US CLOUD Act exposure through ownership does not arise. The sister product Exivity Core, for metering and billing, can be run in your own environment, including air-gapped setups. For European organisations this is an alternative to US FinOps services, keeping cost data inside the EU.
