Forecast is a project and resource management platform with AI features for professional services firms. It offers predictive resourcing and capacity planning, financial forecasting, management of fixed-fee projects and retainers, analysis of project and client profitability, and integrations with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Xero, Jira, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. It is delivered as a cloud service.

Accelo acquired Forecast in July 2025. Accelo, Inc. is based in Denver, Colorado, so the operator of Forecast is now a US company and is subject to US jurisdiction, including the CLOUD Act. Since May 2026 the forecast.app address has redirected to accelo.com, where Forecast PSA is presented as part of Accelo; according to Accelo, logins and data are unchanged. The pages consulted do not state where customer data is hosted. The software is proprietary and no self-hosted option is documented. European organisations should ask the vendor for the hosting region and the contracting entity.
