Ge.Co.Ti. Web is modular management software for municipalities and civic corporations (patriziati) in Switzerland, from Centro di Calcolo Elettronico SA (CCE) of Gordola, Ticino. Its modules cover finance, creditors and debtors, payroll, taxes, resident control, council resolutions, mail, fines, police reports and property management. The vendor offers software as a service from its own data centre as an option next to the standard installation. CCE also offers e-Gov.Ti., a citizen e-government service.
CCE is headquartered in Gordola, Switzerland, and its site names no parent company. Founded in 1966, it works mainly in Ticino and Italian-speaking Graubünden. The site does not say where the SaaS data centre is located, so ask the vendor for the hosting location, backups and processing terms. Switzerland is an EFTA country with an EU adequacy decision. For public bodies wanting municipal software from a local supplier, it is an alternative to general ERP suites from US vendors.
