Customers order through a digital catalogue (Molio), or the producer enters orders directly, including on the move. All orders are collected centrally and prepared from one place; the app creates delivery notes and invoices and shows sales and turnover. You work from a smartphone or computer through the vendor's web application.

According to its privacy policy, Infomaniak Network SA hosts the products in Switzerland and data is processed and stored mainly there; for internal tools it also lists Google Workspace (Ireland) and two US services.
