Handy Backup is backup software for Windows PCs and servers, developed by Novosoft, LLC. It backs up files to local and external drives, NAS devices, network folders, FTP, SFTP and WebDAV servers, and cloud services such as Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive and Amazon S3. The program is installed on the customer's own machines and operated by the customer; the public pages describe no vendor-hosted storage.

Novosoft's footer address is in Houston, Texas, so the company is subject to United States jurisdiction. Because the software runs on local hardware, backups remain on the target the customer selects.
