HEOS is industry software for joinery businesses, developed, according to the vendor, by and for joiners. The base module covers address and project management, calculation (quote, confirmation, invoice), work orders with parts lists and cutting lists, time-and-materials work, creditors, CNC and CAD data management, accounting, time recording, a product catalogue and access to equipment suppliers. HEOS Net adds mobile access to attendance and operating time, resources, sales and documents. Further modules cover order management, post-calculation, capacity and project planning, warehouse management and a cash register system.
HEOS is made by Herzig AG in Unterentfelden, Switzerland, which says it has developed the software for more than ten years. The website mentions remote maintenance but does not say whether HEOS runs on your own servers or as a hosted service, nor where data is stored; ask the vendor. No parent company or foreign owner is named. Switzerland is not an EU member but an EFTA country with an EU adequacy decision.
