Keybuki is a German cloud HR application for small and mid-sized businesses. It combines a digital personnel file, an employee portal, time recording and workflows for pre-boarding, onboarding and offboarding. According to the vendor, uploaded documents are assigned to the right employee automatically using AI, and an app lets you photograph documents and file them directly. Further functions include deadline monitoring, an audit log and a separate access for tax advisers. The software is delivered as SaaS through the browser and a mobile app.
Keybuki is based in Mönchengladbach, Germany; the website names no parent company. According to the vendor, servers and backups are located exclusively in Germany, at Hetzner. For a few additional functions, such as payments, email delivery, push notifications and maps, specialised providers are used; an overview is available on request.
