LobeHub, the new name for LobeChat, is a chat and agent workspace for AI models. Users connect language models from different providers, build assistants and agent groups, and extend them with plugins that support MCP. It is available as a service through LobeHub Cloud and can also be hosted with Docker or on a platform of your own.

The organisation behind the product is LobeHub LLC; its terms of use are governed by the law of the US state of Delaware, and the website does not give a business address. The source code is on GitHub under the LobeHub Community License: Apache 2.0 with additional conditions, including a separate commercial licence for distributing derivative works. That is not an OSI-approved licence. Conversations are stored locally by default; cloud synchronisation is optional. The privacy policy names no countries for data storage and does not refer to the GDPR.
