Loxya is online software from the French company Pulsanova for managing equipment rental and lending. It is aimed at event companies, audiovisual rental firms, schools and universities, municipalities and theatres, among others. The application tracks stock and equipment in real time, shows the schedule of equipment and technicians, creates quotes and invoices, and offers online reservations, barcodes and inventories. Part of the code is available under the Creative Commons BY-NC-SA 4.0 licence, which is not an OSI-approved open-source licence and restricts commercial use.

Pulsanova is a French SARL with its registered seat in Annecy; no owner in another country is named. According to the data processing agreement, the servers are in France with OVH, with encrypted backups at Hetzner in Germany. The agreement says nothing about transfers outside the EU. For the SaaS service, data therefore stays within Europe; to be certain about the whole chain, ask for the current list of sub-processors.
