Lunavis is a web-based ERP and CRM solution for small and mid-sized businesses, associations and federations. The software combines address management with roles such as customer, supplier and employee, order processing from quote to invoice including the Swiss QR-bill, product and stock management, and receivables accounting with payment reminders. Because it runs in the browser, orders and addresses are reachable on the move. Interfaces to several accounting packages exist, and the vendor says it adapts the standard solution to a customer's processes.
Lunavis is developed by Hayloft-IT GmbH of Mellingen, Switzerland, which besides its own products also provides IT services and web development. The website does not say where data is hosted, nor whether the software is delivered as a service or on the customer's own infrastructure. Switzerland is not an EU member state but is an EFTA country with an EU adequacy decision. No foreign parent company was found. Ask the vendor for the hosting location, the processors involved and a data processing agreement.
