All business processes run in one suite: merchandise and article management, point of sale, CRM, web-shop connection, financial accounting, HR, document management and business intelligence. You choose the modules you need, an API connects third-party systems such as accounting, workforce planning or e-commerce, and mobile apps support daily work. Automated goods receipt and invoice processing are among the functions.
The suite is provided by YUVENDA Retail Solutions GmbH in Föhren, Germany, formerly Intelligix IT-Services. The company belongs to the YUVENDA group, which according to its imprint is based in Frankfurt am Main; the website does not say who owns the group. According to the vendor, the cloud version runs on servers in Germany and complies with the GDPR. For a European organisation this means a vendor and hosting inside the EU, with no parent company outside the EU named.
