deltra is headquartered in Detmold, Germany. Per its privacy policy, orgaMAX data is stored on servers of its parent company, a German software group in Neunkirchen. You can also run orgaMAX ERP on your own server or choose hosting in Germany. The policy lists usage analytics in orgaMAX Buchhaltung from two US providers, one processing in an EU cloud in Frankfurt (access by its US parent during support cannot be fully excluded), and says AI features may be processed in third countries such as the US. Ask for the data processing agreement and sub-processors.
