It supports inbound, inventory management, order picking, packing, shipping and returns handling, with reports and dashboards. It also includes ERP functions, such as an invoicing module and a point-of-sale system for web shops with a physical store. According to the vendor there are more than thirty integrations with web shop platforms, carriers and financial systems. The package is delivered as SaaS and hosted in the cloud, with a licence that can be cancelled monthly.

Sherpaan is a Dutch company from Veenendaal and says it develops the software itself in the Netherlands. No foreign parent company was found. The website does not say where or with which hosting partner the cloud environment runs; ask for this and have it recorded in a data processing agreement. The privacy statement does not cover customer data in the WMS. Self-hosting or an open-source licence is not offered.
