It connects purchasing, sales, foreign trade, shipping, CRM and document management on one shared data basis. SOG also supplies a fully integrated warehouse management system (WMS), SOG Financials for accounting, an online shop and a mobile solution for field sales. The company has developed the software since 1984 and offers purchase, rental or cloud delivery.

SOG Business-Software GmbH is headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, and says it develops in-house at that location. The pages consulted name no foreign owner. With a cloud subscription the software runs in a private cloud operated by SOG, in certified data centres in Germany or the Netherlands.
