Symfonia ERP is a family of business software from the Polish vendor Symfonia, covering accounting, invoicing, warehouse management and sales and purchasing processes for small and medium-sized companies and accounting offices. Customers choose between cloud, desktop or hybrid deployment and combine modules to suit their needs. Symfonia also provides tools for electronic tax declarations and for KSeF, Poland's national e-invoicing system.
Symfonia sp. z o.o. is based in Warsaw and belongs to the Symfonia group. According to the company's history page, the investment firms MidEuropa and Accel-KKR, the latter based in Silicon Valley, hold strategic stakes, and no single majority owner is named. For a European organisation this is a Polish company under EU law with a US-based investor among its shareholders. Symfonia states that it holds ISO/IEC 27001, 27017 and 27018 certificates. The website does not say where its cloud services are hosted, so this should be fixed in the contract. No open-source edition is offered.
