tosca is an ERP suite from dynasoft AG, a software company in Solothurn, Switzerland, aimed at small and mid-sized trading and manufacturing businesses. The base covers purchasing, sales, warehouse and logistics and financial accounting, with modules for CRM, e-commerce, production planning, projects and service. Mobile applications support order entry, delivery, time recording and stocktaking. Document management is offered together with a partner solution, and payroll runs through an integrated Swiss payroll product. dynasoft develops tosca itself and also provides implementation consulting and support.
According to its own website, dynasoft is an independent Swiss software house owned by its employees, with a subsidiary in Germany. The group seat is in Switzerland, which is not an EU member but is an EFTA country with an EU adequacy decision for data protection. The vendor does not state where tosca is hosted, or whether it is delivered as installed software or as a hosted service. Ask dynasoft about the delivery model, the data location and a data processing agreement before you decide.
