Tuleap is an open-source application lifecycle management (ALM) platform for agile software development. It covers agile project management (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), requirements management and baselines, test management, trackers for activity tracking, project documentation, and code management with Git and CI/CD integration. Tuleap is available in the cloud or on-premises, including air-gapped environments.
Tuleap is built by Enalean SAS, based in Saint-Alban-Leysse, France. In March 2026 Dassault Systèmes, a French software group, acquired Enalean; Tuleap now sits within the CATIA brand, while Tuleap states that Enalean continues to publish and operate the product. The parent company is therefore also in France. According to the vendor, data can be hosted in France or on the customer's own premises, and the platform's core is open source and auditable. Self-hosting keeps the data entirely under your own control.
