Voxbi is a cloud phone system (cloud PBX) for businesses that brings fixed and mobile communication together in one environment. It is used through a web app, a Windows desktop app and iOS and Android apps. Features include role-based access control, single sign-on for administrators, call recording, dashboards for monitoring call flows and integrations with Microsoft 365, Teams and Odoo. It is bought directly or through certified IT integrators and replaces an on-premises PBX.
Voxbi comes from Luxembourg. The platform began as MixPBX at telecom provider Mixvoip, was renamed Voxbi in 2022 and, since August 2026, is published by Voxbi SA. According to press coverage the platform is developed in Luxembourg and hosted in data centres in the Grand Duchy; the vendor itself speaks of European data centres where calls, recordings and metadata stay. For European organisations, particularly in regulated sectors, this keeps telephony data under European jurisdiction. The software is not open source, although the original MixPBX was built on the open-source Asterisk project.
