Aruba Cloud is the cloud and infrastructure offering of the Italian company Aruba S.p.A. It covers bare-metal servers and VPS, a public cloud based on OpenStack with cloud servers, virtual data centres and managed Kubernetes, plus storage, backup and database as a service. Aruba also provides VMware environments, private and hybrid cloud, GPU capacity for AI, and services for migration and sovereign cloud. The services are consumed as IaaS, PaaS and managed services through a customer portal.
Aruba S.p.A. is headquartered in Ponte San Pietro, Italy, and is a joint-stock company. It operates seven proprietary data centres: in Arezzo, near Bergamo, in Rome and in the Czech Republic. For cloud delivery and disaster recovery Aruba also uses partner data centres in places including Frankfurt, Paris, Warsaw and London. The software is not open source. For a European organisation this means a supplier headquartered in the EU with mainly its own infrastructure in Italy; check which location is selected for your service.
