Bagisto is an open-source e-commerce platform built on Laravel and PHP, with Vue.js on the front end. It supports single-vendor online shops, B2B commerce, multi-vendor marketplaces with seller dashboards and commissions, and multi-tenant setups in which several stores run in one system. It offers extensions, a headless API for separate storefronts, a mobile app and a point-of-sale (POS) option. You install Bagisto yourself, for example with Composer or Docker, on your own server. The developer also offers managed Bagisto Cloud hosting.
Bagisto is an initiative of Webkul, a software company founded in 2010 and based in Noida, India; the source code is released under the MIT licence. A European organisation that hosts Bagisto itself decides where its data resides and does not depend on a foreign cloud service. For Bagisto Cloud, the vendor does not name specific data centre locations, so anyone using the managed hosting should have the region confirmed beforehand.
