Brokin is the core module of the broker software from Brokinsoft for insurance brokers in Switzerland. It gives a full view of each client and manages clients, insurers and appointed staff, insurance contracts with branch-specific data fields, claims and loss ratios, and tasks and processes with a change history. It also handles remuneration by insurer, branch and agent, imports premium and commission data from the Ecohub platform, produces periodic statements for agents and tracks time per case. Integrated document management works with Word, Excel, Outlook and PDF. The companion module Brokinweb gives clients online access to their policies and claims.
Brokin is made by Brokinsoft SA, headquartered in Sion, Switzerland, which says it develops software exclusively for insurance. The vendor's pages name no foreign parent company. They do not state where data is hosted or whether the software is installed or run as a service, so ask the vendor and request its data processing terms.
